Palazzo Sardelli, an early 20th-century building, is located in a quite zone of central Poggibonsi (Siena). The Palazzo is accessible only by a private street. Its interior is embellished by wall-paintings that make it elegant and cozy. It is an ideal accomodation for who would stay in Val d'Elsa and to get easly some places such as San Giminiano, Colle di Val d'Elsa, Castellina in Chianti and Siena. The holiday house apartments are two: Palazzo Sardelli and Palazzo Sardelli 2. The first one is an 80-square-metres holiday house apartment and it is located on the first floor of the building. The apartment is composed of one double room, one twin room, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room where there is a sofa bed. On demand it is possible to add extra beds in the twin bedroom. The living room has also a small terrace which looks toward the garden.

Apartment facilities: Tv, washing machine and microwave. Central heating plant.

The apartment is rounded by 1000 square metres garden even though only 400 square-metres of it are at customer's disposal.

The apartment is composed by an entry, one twin room, one living room with a divan bed (two beds), one kitchen and one bathroom with shower.

Apartment facilities: TV, fridge and tea kettle. 12 square-metres covered parking.

The apartment has been recently renovated, it has modern furniture. It is collocated at the second floor of an early 20th-century building which is completely rounded by a 1000 square-metres garden but only 400 square-metres are at costumer's disposal.

The structure is accessible by a private street.

The Palazzo is close to the main services such as bank, supermarket, etc. It is collocated only 200-400 metres from the bus station and from the railway station and only 2,5 kilometers from the highway Firenze - Siena. The railway connects Palazzo Sardelli with Siena and, passing through Empoli, with Florence. By bus it is possible to reach Colle Val d'Elsa (8Kms), S. Gimignano (13 kms), Florence (41 kms), Volterra (40 kms) and Pisa Airport (115 kms).
